Y Bwthyn, the original farmhouse, is a two storey cottage dating back to 1802.

Living/Dining room.
French doors leading out to garden.
Beams throughout.
Welsh slate floors throughout ground floor.
Open log fire and oiled fired central heating.
TV/Video with library.

Fitted kitchen, microwave, dishwasher etc. and French door leading out to garden.

Bedroom one - with double bed and shower room ensuite.
Bedroom two - twin beds.
With French door and bathroom and heated shower ensuite.

There are thirteen acres surrounding RoFawr with plenty of private areas for sitting out.
The cottages have been sympathetically converted and are luxuriously furnished throughout with oil central heating and log fires.
