How to find RoFawr Farm
Luxury Holiday Cottages

Although RoFawr is quite secluded it only takes about twenty minutes
to get to from the M4 Motorway.

Terms and Conditions

Bookings:
All bookings will be confirmed in writing. A 25%deposit is required to secure the booking, the balance to be paid one month before arrival.

Late Bookings:
As late as you like providing the property is available. Full payment on booking or on arrival.

Payment:
By cheque made out to 'RoFawr Farm' please.

Cancellation:
We can offer cancellation insurance - excellent value. Paid for at the same time as deposit.

Arrival and Departure:
After 3.00pm on day of arrival - please telephone 01558 668505 a day or so before your visit to advise ETA.
Departure: No later then 10.00am please as cottages have to be cleaned before next occupants arrive.

Exclusions:
We are sorry, but as we live in close proximity to the river, we do not take children under 12.
Also, no pets and no smoking in the cottages or pool.

Your Property:
You and all members of your holiday rental party agree to keep the property clean and tidy and to leave the property in a similar condition as you found it upon arrival. You and all members of your holiday party further agree not to use the property for any commercial purposes, including without limitation, assigning or subletting it or otherwise allowing anyone to occupy it who has not previously been accepted by us.

You are responsible for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property, along with any additional costs that may result, which are caused by you and/or members of your holiday rental party. You must not allow more people than are indicated in the brochure/or on the website to occupy the property, neither can you significantly change the composition of the holiday rental party.

Force Majeure:
We will not be liable for any changes, cancellations, effect on your holiday, loss or damage suffered by you or for any failure to perform or properly perform any of our respective obligations to you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) beyond our reasonable control, e.g. fire, flood, exceptional weather conditions, epidemics, destruction or damage of the property by any cause and all similar situations. In appropriate cases, e.g. where your booking has to be cancelled before departure, we will refund to you all monies paid to us for your booking.
No compensation, expenses, costs or other sums of any description (including without limitation the cost of securing an alternative property/accommodation) will be payable in such circumstances by us.

Data Protection Act:
If you give us a name, address and contact numbers, we will only use them internally e.g. to send you special offers and information. We will not pass your information onto a third party.
